Adult Bible Study: Join us from 9:00-9:30 am on Sunday mornings for the Adult Bible Study. Drop in – no preparation required!
St. Patrick’s Day Luncheon: St. Patrick’s Day luncheon is on the following Sunday after church. Join us for a delicious home-cooked meal of corned beef and cabbage with rosemary carrots, potatoes, rye bread and soda bread. Irish entertainment will also be provided!
Easter Breakfast and Egg Hunt: Join us for breakfast on Easter Sunday at 9 am. Weather permitting, the children will hunt for Easter eggs outside starting at 9:30 am.
Graduation Sunday Celebration: In May recent graduates (of all ages) are recognized during church service. Afterwards we celebrate their accomplishments with cake and fellowship. Come celebrate with us!
Congregation Work Day: There will be a variety of indoor and outdoor projects – something for all ages and all skill sets. There will also be a service project for youth and adults to work on. Wear your work clothes to church, help with the projects and stay to enjoy a barbecue afterwards.

Blessing of the Animals: Bring your pet to St. John’s Blessing of the Animals service so your favorite animal friends may receive a special blessing.

Youth Group Trip: In 2019 the St. John Youth Group was participating in a mission trip to Wyoming, Michigan from Sunday August 4th to Wednesday August 7th. The Youth Group served at the United Church Outreach Ministry Food Pantry.

Rally Day Picnic: Celebrate the beginning of the Sunday School year with a Rally Day picnic in early September.
Fall Potluck: Come enjoy good food and fellowship in November. We also take this time to decorate the Sanctuary for Christmas.
Holiday Cookie Exchange: Sign-up for our holiday cookie exchange which takes place in early December. Make your favorite cookie recipe and take home a sampling of all the other recipes.
Ladies Ornament Exchange: Around mid December we will host our annual ornament exchange and pot-luck lunch. Bring a wrapped ornament and a dish to share for this festive event!
Euchre Night: Whether you have been playing euchre for years or have never played before, join us for a fun evening of cards, fellowship and snacks. Instruction provided. Bring a snack to share.
Summer Fellowship at Quigleys: Join us the second and fourth Thursday at 6 pm, June through August, at Quigley’s Restaurant in downtwon Naperville for good food and fellowship.
