At 9:00 AM on Sunday mornings (Rally Day - Memorial Day) Adults gather for coffee and pastries in the Parlor to explore our faith through directed study and conversation.
Following our Time for Children during our worship service, Children (5th grade and younger) as well as Youth (6th grade and older) leave the Sanctuary for Sunday School / Christian Education. The Children’s Sunday School is God’s Garden and the Youth Group GEGEBAS (which means “giving” in German). Young people are an integral part of the life of St. John. The Children contribute to worship several times a year and the Youth Group is “service” oriented.
